Engagements

The problems we get called about.

The scenarios below are illustrative — built from the situations we're called about most often, not published client engagements. We don't name clients or quote results we can't substantiate in writing.

What kind of advertisers use an advertising channel? Channel work is most often used by agencies needing their own platform seat, brands scaling past repeated account restrictions, and advertisers whose spend has outgrown self-serve limits and card payment ceilings.

A note on what you're reading. These scenarios are illustrative. They reflect the types of engagement our channel handles, with commercial figures kept generic — we don't publish client names, logos or results we can't substantiate in writing.

How we measure ourselves

Channel work has its own scoreboard.

We're not judged on ROAS — your media team owns that number. We're judged on whether the infrastructure underneath it holds.

How is an advertising channel partner measured? Channel partners are measured on infrastructure rather than media performance: approval time from complete documentation, account stability under scaling, resolution time on suspensions and holds, and effective cost per unit of ad spend after media cost and the service fee.

01

Approval time

How fast an application becomes a live, funded account — measured from complete documentation, not from first contact.

02

Account stability

Whether accounts stay live and unrestricted through scaling, seasonal peaks and creative changes.

03

Resolution time

When something does go wrong — suspension, payment hold, verification loop — how many days until it's cleared.

04

Effective cost of spend

Your all-in cost per unit of ad spend after media cost and the service fee, stated plainly in writing.

Does one of these sound familiar?

Tell us what's happening with your account. We'll say plainly whether it's something we can fix, roughly how long it takes, and what it costs — before you commit to anything.
